The Perfect PBJ Smoothie

Delicious, nutrient-dense, and quick to make means this is the perfect busy day meal/snack.


2-3 handfuls (about 1/2 cup) frozen mixed berries

1 spoonful of peanut butter (or your favorite nut/seed butter)

2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I use this one from Amare Global)

1 handful of greens (spinach and kale are my personal favorites)

1 tsp ground flax or hemp hearts

Milk of your choice (I use plant-based milk but your favorite milk is great)


Add all ingredients to a blender. Add milk until ingredients are just covered. Blend until smooth (add more milk if needed!). Enjoy!

Pro tip: Drink/eat your smoothie slowly (and chew it!) to allow your body the time and enzymes it needs to digest all the good stuff you are feeding it.
