Welcome Back!

Hi everyone! Welcome back to the blog after a brief hiatus I am so glad to be back to working on a regular posting schedule with hopefully some really fun content and more opportunities to learn and connect while supporting your journey through holistic and sustainable nutrition and health practices.


Why the break?

I was a bit MIA the past couple of months from this space but I have good reason....I was graduating and moving all the way across the country eek! I am now nice and settled in my new space in Boston but it was quite a whirlwind of a few months. I have officially graduated from Cal Poly with a BS in applied nutrition and a minor in psychology. Now I am on to my master's degree and dietetic internship program in nutrition at Boston University as my next step towards becoming a registered dietician. I am super glad to be feeling more settled and to have a bit of time to dedicate to growing this platform and online community of folks looking to improve their health and wellness.






What to expect now?

More nutrition education, more mental fitness information, more opportunity to connect with the community, and some new recipes! I am excited to be back in this space and I hope to be able to dedicate a bit more time to cultivating my content and presence here to serve this community.
